Mego Monster Toys
Mego are perhaps the brand that is synonymous with 1970’s toys. Mego created the famous ‘Mad Monster’ range of toys. The monsters came in solid and window boxes, as well as Kresge cards. They were re-released in 1980 under the Lion Rock name. These toys eyes and hands glowed in the dark, and were perhaps the most accessible range of monster toys. Mego figures are still highly collectable, so find yourself a Mad monster today!
