Killer Clown From Outer Space - 1950s? - The Vintage Halloween Gallery

I've never found clowns particularly scary, unlike many people out there. However, this one gives me the creeps for some reason. It feels like there's something alien about the face, the strange mask looks like a cross betwwen Elmer Fudd and ET. The party streamers say happy times, but to me the blank look and commanding pose says "run for your life!"
