Giant Vs The Clowns - 1930s? - The Vintage Halloween Gallery

We're not quite sure what's going on here, but this fellah is either dressed as a spiv or off to church. Either way, the clogs are of note as are the clowns, neither of which look in particularly good humour. This guys face is pretty characterful, looking like a heavy from some Scorsese gangster film or an out-of-place Native American Indian. Either way, you wouldn't want to get on the wrong side of him, and face a kicking from those clogs.
